  • Dealer Management: Allows you to enter dealer information. This feature also allows you to keep track of all correspondance with this dealer and review it at any time. Helps keep track of freight costs, state dues and flooring information.
  • Quote / Order : This feature takes you into the order process with ease and efficiency, and of course no messy, handwritten papers to try to read. Makes the turn-around time from quote to production quick and easy.Everything from options to colors is entered into the system and then printed out on a form. Keeps track of appliance types and serial numbers. Printouts include; Accounting Order Form, Production Order Form, Dealer Order Form.
  • Invoicing: Allows you to quickly create an invoice from the information entered on the order. Provides a double check to the freight costs to ensure that the freight manager has approved. Keeps track of HUD codes and flooring authorization. Complete dealer incentive tracking built into invoicing. Allows you to batch print invoices, create manual invoices and post payments. Printouts include: Invoice and Accounting Invoice.
  • Dispatch: Complete record keeping for trucks, drivers and carriers. Allows freight manager to assign trucks and drivers to specific homes and keep track of the carriage cost of each home. Easy to use freight checker so freight manager can sign off on orders prior to billing.
  • Service: Quick and easy way to handle your service. By automating the service area of your company, you are able to provide up to the minute status reports for customers who have work orders pending as well as the ability to keep track of any finished or outstanding work orders for billing purposes. Integrates with parts and automatically creates a part order based on the service order.
  • Parts: Complete parts system. Keeps track of all parts requests from dealers and customers.
  • Inventory: Provides easy to enter forms to do your physical inventory with. Then compiles the entered information into useful reports.
  • Reports: Provides a complete reporting system.
  • Windows based: Makes it quick and easy for new employees to learn. Is compatable with Windows 95 & 98
  • Multi-user Enabled: Allows most efficient means of sharing information between employees and departments. Allows any or all persons authorized to use your system to work simultaneously, and from any work station inside or outside your office. Built in security system controls who has access to your information.
